I work at the intersection of data, governance, and digital development, focusing on how governments and institutions use data to improve decision-making and public services.
At the World Bank, I lead the Data Use and Literacy Program, where I design and manage initiatives that strengthen data literacy, improve data-driven policy making, and expand open data ecosystems across low- and middle-income countries.
My work spans large-scale development programs across Africa, South Asia, East Asia and Pacific, MENA, and Europe, with a focus on digital transformation, public sector innovation, and institutional capacity building.
Outside of my institutional work, I founded Code for Nepal, a civic technology initiative focused on expanding digital literacy and improving access to data and technology in Nepal.
